Common Reasons to Get in Touch

  • You didn't receive your story download: if you were charged but haven't received your PDF, email us and we'll sort it out promptly.
  • Refund request: please see our Refund Policy for details on when we're able to help, then email us with your order number.
  • A question before ordering: happy to answer anything about how the stories work, what's included, or how to personalise for a specific child.
  • Feedback about your story: we love hearing from parents and children. Your feedback genuinely shapes how we improve.
  • Technical issues: trouble opening your PDF, a page not loading, or anything else on the site.

What to Include in Your Email

If your message relates to a specific order, it helps to include:

  • The name used at checkout
  • Your order or receipt number (found in your Stripe payment confirmation email)
  • A brief description of the issue or question

This helps us locate your order and respond as quickly as possible.


Response Times

We aim to respond to all messages within 2 business days. During busy periods, including holidays, launches and weekends. It may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience and we will always reply.
